The hotel was conveniently located across the road from the railway station and many eating options in the nearby streets. This new hotel had excellent facilities, including public bathing and a very reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly and hospitable, and conveniently for us, spoke English, so were able to help and direct us to a canal tour. Our room was well appointed, very clean and modern.

This hotel is right opposite the railway station, if you are travelling by train. There was free parking for hotel guests right in front. The room is adequate size and comfortable, beds are comfortable enough, and the bathroom was good. Good for a one night stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is an izakaya right in front of the hotel which serves good food, although can be a little noisy

Clean and comfy hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. For our Saturaday morning breakfast, at check-in, they asked guests to choose from 4 time segments so the breakfast area could be less crowdy. It turned out it's managed well. Across from train station and parking was free. Walk-able distance to shopping mall and restaurants. Good for our 1 night stay.

Possibly my favorite Route Inn so far! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable by Route Inn standards. Breakfast was excellent. The onsen was very nice too. There are drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants and Youme Mall all within 5 mins from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Yanagawa.
